![]() ![]() But they experienced the same game I did. Sure they have the potential for higher resolution, I'm happy for them. Sure they have more frames, I'm happy for them. I'm enjoying the same storylines and experiences for much cheaper and less hassle with compatibilty problems amongst numerous other problems PC's encounter. Even some friends still scoff at me for taking the console route. Sure I love the special edition at 4k and whoever knows how many FPS. Skyrim on Xbox 360 or Ps3 is still Skyrim. Sure if I have extra cash I'll buy the latest and greatest when I'm feelin' rich. But as I grow older I just don't see the value in spending that much on the latest tower full of goodies when I could grab a console and enjoy the same games for the next 6 - 8 years with one purchase. I love PC gaming, they will always be the most powerful given the nature of PC's. But life has a way of taming your expectations. Would I like a top of the line $4000 PC with all the latest everything? OF COURSE. I just built a custom PC that isn't much more powerful than a Series X/Ps5 on my fav PC builder website, and I'd be spending about $1600 canadian on it for the tower by itself. There's a big difference though between a PC that's more powerful than a Series X or Ps5 vs.
